We believe in making delicious gluten free food that uses only naturally gluten free whole grains and other plant-based ingredients. All our products are made with spectacular grains and pulses such as buckwheat, quinoa, teff, oats, rice and chickpea along with many others, ensuring we can make great tasting gluten free food without the need for anything artificial.

At FREEE, we aim to bring back the joy and pleasures of gluten free home baking. It all began when Clare experimented with flour blends around her kitchen table in 1978, driven by a love of baking and a desire to help her mother - newly diagnosed gluten free.
